In March 2005, the Vratanina family spent four days in Durango, immediately falling in love with the town, the weather, the mountains and significantly and especially Durango Mountain Resort's (DMR) 20-year vision. Durango Mountain Realty agent Chris Bettin helped the Vratanina's complete the purchase of a two-bedroom ski in/ski-out condo in the Village Center, as well as two mountain homesites on which they are currently building a home.
