Master Association

As the master homeowners association for Durango Mountain Resort, the Durango Mountain Master Association (DMMA) strives to provide our members and their guests with the finest services, benefits, and amenities while being community oriented, environmentally responsible, and fiscally accountable.

The DMMA offers its members many amenities – and those amenities are increasing all the time. The Durango Mountain Club provides owners with a wonderful outdoor heated pool with water slide, large hot tub, fitness center, private restaurant, lounge, game room, tennis courts and more. Owners and their guests are treated to all the best of a resort experience, year round.
